How can I make payments?
We accept cash, checks, traveler's checks & credit cards.
Can I pick up product at your facility?
Yes, if there is an emergency situation, otherwise we are happy to deliver to you.
Do you sell bottled or canned beverages?
No. We sell our products in bulk packaging to be dispensed through a beverage dispensing system. This method is the most effective, efficient, economical and green method of dispensing beverages to your customers. Please see our Green Initiative for more information.
What is the shelf life of your products?
For most products, our products have a very long shelf life. All product expiration dates are listed directly on the product packaging. If the products are stored in a cool, dry place, you can extend the life of the product.

Will your driver deliver product downstairs/upstairs?
Yes, we can bring your product anywhere within your location. We can add your request as a permanent note on your account if that is your preference too.
Will your driver hook up the product to our system?
Yes, upon request, we are happy to connect/replenish your product and CO2 to your system while we are on premise.
Who rotates our inventory?
We recommend that you rotate your products. However, upon request, we can help you separate your product by its “Best When Used By” date and help rotate your inventory.
What happens to the expired product?
Expired products are non-refundable. We deliver the freshest product and most of our products have a two-year shelf life. We can remove the product. Broken bag-in-boxes can be repacked and used correctly down to the last drop. Note: Products can be used beyond the “Best When Used By” date, that is merely a suggested date.
Do you charge a fee for delivery to our establishment?
No! Free Delivery with 6 piece minimum. Only if piece quantity is below 6 pieces then there is a nominal $15 charge. Emergency Deliveries are $30.
How often can you deliver to my area?
We deliver at least twice a week to all areas. As long as your order is called in before 5 am the day of the delivery you will get your product that same day.
Are your prices competitive?
Yes! We don’t have major overhead costs that many of our competitors have with advertising and marketing and we manufacture the products locally in the Metro NY-NJ area so there are no middle-man costs. We offer the best overall value with product selection and service.
Do you provide the dispensing equipment? Is it leased, loaned, sold, etc?
We do provide and install the equipment necessary to dispense the products. If your expected purchases are 800 gallons of syrup/year or more, we can typically provide a single unit dispensing system at no charge. If between 400-799 gallons/year, equipment monthly rental is offered at 50% market value. Additionally, we provide emergency repair service 365 days/year within 24 hours (typically the same day) on the provided equipment.
What happens if my bar gun or dispenser is not working?
Call 800-SEA-BREEZE and a service technician will come to your facility to fix the problem. We have service technicians on call 365 days a year until 9 pm every night. We guarantee emergency repair service within 24 hours and can typically arrive the same day. If the service is on Sea Breeze equipment, then there is no charge for general repairs and upkeep.
What brands and products do you carry?
We manufacture a number of national brand products such as Royal Crown Cola, Diet Rite Cola, Briar’s Birch Beer, 7UP, Dr. Pepper, Sunkist, Stewart’s Root Beer, and we also produce our own regional brand products under the Sea Breeze brand name and lastly, we carry the famous Bosco Chocolate Syrup. We offer over 100 different products everything from carbonated soda, smoothie mixes, juices, iced teas, and lemonades. Please see our
