Sea Breeze Holiday Drink Challenge

Terms and Conditions

1. Challenge Overview

The Sea Breeze Holiday Challenge ("Challenge") invites bartenders to create and submit their favorite holiday drink recipe for a chance to win prizes and recognition.

2. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to professional bartenders who are at least 21 years of age or the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Employees of Sea Breeze and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participants must have the legal right to work as a bartender in their location.

3. Entry Requirements

Each submitted drink must contain at least two (2) Sea Breeze products.
Participants may submit original holiday drink recipes during the Challenge period.
All recipes must be original creations, or participants must have the rights to submit them.
Entries must include the drink name, drink image, complete ingredient list with measurements, and preparation instructions.
All entries are to be sent to contests@seabreezesyrups.com to enter the contest.

4. Challenge Period

Submissions will be accepted until Friday, December 12th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
The winner will be selected and announced on Friday, December 19th, 2025.

5. Prize

The winner will receive:

A $250 gift card
Their drink featured on Sea Breeze's social media channels
Their drink served as the official holiday drink at the Sea Breeze 100th Anniversary Holiday Party
The prize has no cash value alternative and is non-transferable

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by Sea Breeze at its sole discretion based on creativity, taste profile, presentation, and appropriateness to the holiday theme.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided with their entry.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Rights and Permissions

By entering, participants grant Sea Breeze the perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display the submitted recipe and any accompanying materials for promotional purposes.
Participants grant Sea Breeze the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content on social media and other marketing channels.
Participants warrant that their submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. General Conditions

Sea Breeze reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Sea Breeze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time for any reason.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Sea Breeze is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

9. Liability

Participation in this Challenge is at the participant's own risk.
Sea Breeze is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the Challenge or acceptance of the prize.

10. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Challenge and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
