5 Summer Mocktails Your Customers will Love this Summer

Summer doesn't need a bar tab to taste extraordinary. As a family run company who has served the hospitality industry in New York and New Jersey and have spent years obsessing over flavor balance, seasonal ingredients, and the craft of the zero-proof pour, we can tell you that the mocktail revolution is real. Not to mention, it's built one beautifully crafted syrup at a time.

As you have probably seen in your business, mocktails are surging in popularity as more adults turn away from alcohol. In 2026, nearly two-thirds of adults are opting for zero-proof drinks, driven by a growing focus on health and mental clarity. The mocktail market reflects this shift, valued at $8.86 billion this year and projected to nearly double, reaching $16.02 billion by 2035 at a steady annual growth rate of 5.7%.

It’s no surprise, given the importance of health and well-being of younger generations of consumers, Gen Z and Millennials are consuming less alcohol than ever before. Recent consumer data from Gallup found that the percentage of U.S. adults who say they drink alcohol has fallen to a record low of 54% in 2025 (down from 62% in 2023), with the primary driver being health concerns.

According to Sea Breeze Beverage Technologist, John Mazur, the key to a truly great mocktail isn't just swapping out the spirits. It's about layering flavors thoughtfully, balancing acidity and sweetness, and choosing the right ingredients. That's exactly what our syrups are designed to do: give you that foundation of complexity so that every drink you make not only is delicious, but feels intentional, not accidental.

At Sea Breeze, we believe every sip should feel like a celebration. Whether celebrating a newly happily married couple, the upcoming arrival of a beautiful newborn baby, or just a fun Sunday brunch with loved ones, this summer, we're giving you five recipes that will make your glass the most talked-about thing at any gathering.

The Blue Raspberry Lemon Lime Sunset Chill

We start where summer always should: somewhere cool and refreshing overlooking a beautiful sunset over the water. The Blue Raspberry Lemon Lime Sunset Chill is built on the bright, electric tang of blue raspberry syrup, but bold enough to announce itself and smooth enough to keep you coming back.

To make it, fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in 1.5 ounces of blue raspberry syrup. Follow with a full ounce of fresh lime juice, then top it off with an ice-cold lemon-lime sports drink. One slow stir, a lime wheel draped over the edge, and a few fresh mint leaves pressed gently between your palms before they hit the glass.

Cherry Fruit Punch Smash

If the Blue Raspberry Chill is a quiet afternoon, the Cherry Fruit Punch Smash is a full backyard party filled with family and great friends. This is your crowd-pleaser, your pitcher drink, your social media moment every bar and restaurant desires, and it earns every bit of the attention it gets. The star here is cherry syrup, which brings a deep, ruby sweetness that pairs with fruit punch in a way that feels almost too good to be this simple.

Shake both over ice until the tin is genuinely frosty, then strain over a rocks glass full of fresh cubes. Stir in a generous pour of Giroux Grenadine and float a slow splash of cola on top, watching the dark ombre layer settle beneath the crimson surface. A cocktail cherry on the rim, a long straw to cut through the layers, and you're done. Don't stir it; the look is half the magic.

Orange Pineapple Sunrise

Here is where things get interesting, especially as the sun goes down. Bright citrus and tropical sweetness are one of the most crowd-stopping combinations in the mocktail world, and the Orange Pineapple Sunrise exists to make that case. Orange fruit aide delivers a clean, sun-ripened brightness that plays off fresh pineapple juice in every sip. There's always something more to find. Pack a rocks glass with ice and combine the orange fruit aide with two ounces of pineapple juice and half an ounce of fresh lime juice in a shaker.

We recommend straining it carefully over a full glass filled with ice to create a natural gradient, then top it slowly  with New York Bash energy drink. Beware, do not stir. The layered sunrise effect does the visual work, and the first sip will do the rest. This is the drink that stops conversations and starts new ones while keeping the night's energy alive.

Night Grape Vine-Aide Fizz

Not every summer moment calls for something bold and tropical. Some evenings call for something refined, something that feels like it belongs on a linen tablecloth with the good glassware out. The Night Grape Vine-Aide Fizz is that exact drink. Built around Grape Vin-Ade, it's sophisticated without being heavy, and it has just enough brightness from fresh lemon juice to keep it lively and very refreshing.

Combine an ounce of the Grape Vin-Ade with an ounce of fresh lemon juice and a generous pour of Giroux Grenadine in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake it properly -  a real shake as you see in the movies, long enough to create a gentle foam. Double strain it into a champagne flute or a coupe, and garnish with a lemon wheel and a single dark cherry. It photographs beautifully and disappears even faster.

Island Kiwi Strawberry Coconut Spritz

Lastly, we close out with a personal favorite, a beverage deserving of where every great summer should end: somewhere tropical, somewhere warm, somewhere that feels like you've genuinely escaped into a beautiful ocean getaway. The Island Kiwi Strawberry Coconut Spritz is anchored by kiwi strawberry syrup bright, lush, and undeniably summery  mellowed out by the richness of coconut milk and lifted by fresh lime juice and a hint of ginger root.

Combine an ounce and a half of kiwi-strawberry syrup with an ounce of coconut milk, half an ounce of lime juice, and a small piece of fresh grated ginger root over ice and stir gently. Top with Sea Breeze cola for a subtle effervescence that cuts right through the creaminess. No drink is complete without a paper umbrella, a strawberry fanned on the rim, and a pinch of toasted coconut around the glass, adding aroma and texture you'll notice with every single sip. This is the one you save for the final hour of a long summer night, when the air is still warm, and no one is in a hurry to go anywhere.

The best mocktails share one thing in common: they're made with intention. Quality ingredients, proper technique, and the right combination of flavors can transform a simple mix into something genuinely memorable.
